SolidVoxel employs a high-tonnage compression molding press capable of delivering pressures hundreds of times greater than conventional autoclave molding (with maximum operating pressure <3MPa/30kgf/cm²). This thereby yields products with significantly enhanced strength and hardness while reducing weight at equivalent carbon fiber ply counts.
Structural integrity is ensured through the use of Toray T800SC carbon fiber fabric as the primary material, using chopped carbon fiber mat during secondary molding to eliminate pattern distortion under extreme compaction pressures.
